On December 3rd, 2011 almost the entire Colony team will be in Adelaide, South Australia. It’s all to help promote the up coming Vans / Colony collaboration shoe release. There will be two new models based off the Vans Wylie & Vans Milo shoes with Colony artwork. These will be out in March next year.

Ryan Guettler, Alex Hiam, Zac Miner, Mick Bayzand, Cooper Brownlee, Tom Stretton, Liam Zingbergs, Brock Olive, Valvo & myself will be there.

If you have a copy of the latest 2020 then you would have seen this advert we did with Zac promoting his new frame. It was actually the wedding parties idea for the photo, they loved it.

Really good video from the guys at 2020. Marnold, Brock, Zac and Liam all have some great footage in this web video. Zac took it hard multiple times trying whip to over ice down the rail, I can’t wait for the day he pulls that move. Marnold came 2nd with a stupid amount of combos, opposite x-up crooks?

Last night was an amazing night at Slay the Rails 2. Marnold ended up coming 2nd which was awesome. Here you have him doing a 360 over the rail, Liam with an oppo hanger and Zac with an over ice. The web video from this is going to be ridiculous as alot of hammers went down.

On my way down to Melbourne for this weekends Ausbike trade show & the King of the Jibs 2 & dropped into Canberra yesterday to check out the new park at Belconnen. Met up with Zac & Tom with the Afray guys. Wow, so much stuff there in one park. Worth the drive down for sure. The Canberra locals are lucky to have such a different park to ride.

Zac Miner, Alex Hiam, Tom Stretton, Brock Olive & myself headed down to Newcastle on the weekend to ride & to attend a DVD premiere hosted by the guys at Drift Bikes. A huge thanks to everyone at Drift. On the way down we also hit up the new park in Nimbin which was a blast. Get yourself there sometime soon if you wanna ride a great snake run & park.

A huge thanks to Adam Ingles & all the Newcastle locals that showed us a great time. A special thanks also go to Matt & his boys for letting us ride his backyard ramps. Thanks for the Jack’s too, good times !!

This is the first print advert for us with the new layout featured in the current issue of RideUS which tells a bit more of a story of the photos within the advert. I am really stoked on these. Zac Miner riding Ryan Guettler’s backyard. Photos also shot by Ryan.

I just put up a new splash page which you can see larger here. This one features Zac Miner sliding a steep rail in Brisbane whilst dodging poles top and bottom.

Zac Miner is the newest resident in Brisbane after finally moving up here yesterday from Canberra. Welcome to Brisbane mate… will be great having you as a local.

Zac Miner has been working hard on his DVD section the past 2 years & it was decided about a year ago that we would grace him with his own signature frame.

That frame called the Miner, will be out around the world this September. It will come in 20.75″ & 21″ sizes. It also has a short & responsive rear end at 13.25″ which is exactly what Zac wanted. It has internal gussets on the tapered top & down tubes for strength. We will release more info & specs closer to the release date.
