What got you into riding?
I stopped by the skatepark one day and saw some guys riding BMX. One of them was kind enough to let me ride his and the rest was history, picked up a BMX a couple weeks later and started riding with them.
What motivates you to go out and ride all the time?
Because it’s so much fun. I enjoy progressing at my own pace and slowly getting comfortable with things that would regularly scare me. Also seeing web vids of everyone killing it, it makes me want to go out and try something new.
What style of riding do you enjoy doing the most?
I enjoy everything but I’m usually hanging out at the skatepark since it’s close to home. Lately I’ve been scoping out street spots or somewhere to build trails.
Do you have any interests outside of riding?
Working on my Mustang and bombing it around. Other than that all kinds of sports or just hanging out with some friends.
Favourite Colony product?
So far everything’s been super dialed and I haven’t had a problem. If I had to choose I’d say the hubs. They’re solid, smooth and look really good.
What do you do for a job?
I work with sheet metal, making duct for industrial air conditioning systems. Lots of hard work.
Bands you listen to:
I like listening to every type of music, If the vibes are good I’ll jam it. Really into the Black Keys and Tom Petty at the moment.
Tell us something about your local scene:
We don’t have a lot of riders here, but everyone rips it and has fun.
