Do you like to ride in comps? : Yes, it lets me not have to go get a real job.

Name a few websites that you frequent : Bmx board, vitalbmx, bmxonline, mirraco, ozscene.

What car do you drive? : USA: 300c, 64 Lincon, 64 Cadillac, soft tail Harley, AUS: 05 Monaro, VL turbo.

Blondes or brunettes? Blondes

What is your favourite product from the Colony range? : Oneway Pegs (So light!)

How does it feel to have your own signature parts/s coming out with Colony? : It’s crazy. Millar asked if I had any input and I said what bar height I liked and next thing I know he’s asking me for a name for them! But I’m really honoured to ride for Colony.

So how did you come up with the names Unlucky13 & Official? : Chris came to interbike and had the first sample of my bars and needed a name quick and that day was the day my car got stolen from Vegas and it was the 13th so I got the bars on a Unlucky13th. When I got the bars it felt like a one off thing but when Clint asked me for a fork & sprocket it felt official that I was getting a range of parts. So that’s how the name came about.

Any other parts you’re working on with Colony? : Right now we’re almost done with the Official Stem, were just working on a few things to try and make it lighter.

You’ve had some amazing successes on the international comp circuit in recent years. Do you find it hard to keep striving forward? : Not really I feel like I’m riding better then ever its just small injury’s like at the start off this year I smashed my face off. But I’m going to keep having fun and doing comps in the states and just try and travel more to different countries. I really like England but only get to go once a year.

Any DVD sections you’ve been working on recently that we should keep an eye out for? : Brian Purdy is doing another video so I’m trying to get clips for that and Josh (Harrington) is putting a video togther. As well as filming for the Colony team DVD.

Name a few DVD sections that would be your favourite in recent times or in the past : Nick cooper 666 vid, Chase Hawk fitlife, litte Jeff in Building the Underground.

It must feel pretty cool to have bought your own house from riding BMX. Was that something you ever thought would happen?
: Never ever. It’s crazy, one year I’m living on Jerry’s couch, the next I’m mowing my own lawn on a John Deer. Its cool because it’s a full bmx house there a swimming pool getting put in with full 7ft trannie that hips into a 4ft trannie hot tub, with real coping. There’s a poker room upstairs and a grind box in the drive way.

What are your thoughts on the future of BMX in general? : What a crazy question I’m not looking that far ahead I just wont to have fun riding and see where it takes me.

Any thanks? : Millar and Chris for letting me be a part of Colony. Cheers mate.
